I haven't always lived with the mentality of a healthy life vision. When you're young, you think that you're going to live forever and you can cheat on not always eating healthy foods and taking vitamins. Your mentality is not geared towards healthy living. However, at some point in our lives, most of us have a wake-up call. Maybe it's the death of a loved one or close friend. Maybe you became sick or just realized with age; your body isn't working at the optimum level that it used to.

My own journey towards healthy living started several years ago after we first got married and I had experienced a very bad sinus infection.
